You must complete the entire registration process including online payment within 45 minutes. The examination time slot you hold will be automatically released after 45 minutes if we do not receive your payment. |

An e-mail confirming the examination time will be sent FIVE DAYS before the examination. If the candidate does not receive the letter THREE DAYS before the examination, s/he should contact Examinations Services immediately. |

No refund will be made for cancellation of examinations under any circumstances. Change of examination date, time and level is NOT permitted. |

For Cambridge English: First, Advanced and Proficiency, a photograph will be taken of each individual candidate on the examination day to assist in the confirmation of his/her identity. |

For Cambridge English: Advanced, candidates must bring the same identity document on the test day as the one recorded in the application. If you do not do this you will not be allowed to take the test and you will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. |

If your test is cancelled, the British Council obligation is to provide a refund or a transfer to a future test. Cancellations may occur due to technical problems, issues at the venue or other types of disruption or disturbance in the local environment. In all cases, we will try to give you as much notification as possible. If we cancel your test, we will offer you the choice of a transfer to the next available test date or a full refund. The British Council is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of test cancellation. |

Change of Examination Session 更改考試場次

For Cambridge English: Starters, Movers and Flyers: No change of exam session is permitted unless on medical grounds. A request for a change of exam session has to be supported by medical proof dated on the exam date and parents must complete the Change of Exam Session form and return it to us in person or by mail within three working days of the exam with an administration fee. The new exam session must be within two months after the original exam date. Morning and afternoon sessions are different exam sessions.

劍橋英語：基礎考試第一級／第二級／第三級：除健康理由外，不得更改考試時間。如須更改考試時間，必須提供於考試當日發出醫生證明，考生家長亦須填妥「更改考試場次申請表」，連同行政費，於考試後三個工作天內親自交回或郵寄本會。補考必須在原定考試日期的兩個月內進行。上午和下午時段為不同的考試時段。

Special Arrangement 特殊安排

Our centre makes every effort to cater for special needs of any disabled candidates, to enable them to best understand questions and tasks and give their answers. It is our aim for the language level of all candidates, irrespective of disability, to be assessed fairly and objectively.

本會提供設施竭力協助有特殊需要的考生順利完成考試，務求以公平和客觀的準則，測試考生的語文能力，不因其有特殊需要而受影響。

Candidates who require special arrangements are asked to contact us (telephone: 2913 5100) before registration. Relevant supporting materials (medical certificates) should be submitted during registration.

|
